The summit is being held at the European Parliament,the 2026 summit, organized by the Political Network for Values, is titled "Free Speech vs. Regulated Speech: Strengthening the Pillars of Democracy".
Hon. J Sunkuli joins other international delegates, including heads of state like Chile’s President-elect José Antonio Kast and major European political leaders such as Santiago Abascal and Mateusz Morawiecki.
Sunkuli is a member of the 13th Parliament of Kenya and has a background as a medical lawyer, former Minister for Internal Security, and former Kenyan Ambassador to China.
