Narok county women representative Hon Soipan has stood for the women and youths in this great county. Through NGAAF, Hon Soipan has empowered youth groups for businesses expansions and women through a revolving fund.
Women now have cash for their daily activities, they nolonger make illicit brews. Various Youth groups have put a smile on their faces through the office of our able county representative.
This FY Alot is in store for our county youths and Women. Truly Until the lions have their own historians, the history of the hunt will always glorify the hunter. Many aspirants are popping up but none of them will match the great shoes of Hon Soipan.
