GOVERNOR NTUTU leads Farmers on Crop diversification and AVACADO was the major Crop

In Narok County  Crop diversification presents a viable path forward, and avocado farming is increasingly proving to be transformative for many of our farmers in Narok.

While visiting Cismara Avocado Cooperative Society Ltd in Ilmotiok Ward, Narok West Governor Patrick Ntutu supported farmers efforts by facilitating the purchase of land for their aggregation centre; an essential facility for the storage and sorting of avocados prior to export.

Subsequently, Governor Addressed avocado farmers at Laluk Full Gospel Church, under the leadership of their chairman, Rev. Richard Kirui.

He was accompanied by several leaders, including Area MCA Duncan Bore, Sagamian MCA Stephen Saitoti Koech, Sogoo MCA Hillary Sitienei, Education CEC Robert Simotwo, Agriculture Chief Officer Chemutai Maritim, and Transport Chief Officer Philiph Mutai.
