Court Upholds Konchelah's win as IEBC slapped with case costs of KES 5M to be shared equally by Konchelah & Sunkuli

The High court in Kericho has upheld the election of Gedion Konchellah as Kilgoris constituency MP.

However justice Martin Muya ordered IEBC to pay both Konchellah and Julius Sunkuli costs to a tune of shs 2.5m each for failing to secure some election materials
